Each spring, WC invites all alumni to brush off their basketball (men) and volleyball (women) shoes to play against other alumni for bragging rights.

Golf Tournament
Golf Tournament
Alumni, fans, and coaches all enjoy the yearly golf tournament held in August. The event includes 18 holes of golf, a silent auction, and a raffle. Our volunteers serve a sack lunch and a dinner during the awards. Mark your calendars for August 8, 2026 in Beatrice.

At the start of each season, WCBC sponsors a kick-off tailgate at the High School or Legion. All student-athletes are invited to come enjoy a meal put on by our volunteers.

Our volunteers are always looking for creative ways to bring the community together while supporting Wolverine athletics. From exciting events like The Wolverine 100 “Own Your Yard Line” contest, to our Homecoming Parade Tailgate, every fundraiser is designed to build school spirit and strengthen our athletic programs.
